With the Catinaccio cable car, you’ll ride to Ciampedie at 2000m. You’ll hike along the Via di Fassa high trail to the Roda di Vaél (2283m), where you’ll enjoy an impressive view of the surrounding mountain world, including the Catinaccio Group, the Pala Group, the Tofana, and also the Marmolata.

Afterward, you’ll hike along the Hirzelweg around the Catinaccio to the Christomannos Monument, which was erected in honor of Theodor Christomannos, a pioneer of tourism in South Tyrol. From here, you’ll continue to the Laurin Lodge and the newly built König Laurin II mountain station. You’ll descend with the cable car to Frommer Alm, where the shuttle bus awaits to take you back to Seiser Alm.

The shuttle bus will then bring you back to Seiser Alm.

With the Catinaccio cable car, you’ll ride to Ciampedie at 2000m. From here, you’ll hike to the Vajolet Hut (2,245m) via the Rosengarten Hut, located in the shadow of the impressive Vajolet Towers. Using the Via ferrata Passo Santner (difficulty B/C), you’ll reach the Rifugio Re Alberto (2,608m). Here, you’ll be surrounded by imposing climbing towers, such as the Delago Towers, the Nordtowers, the Catinaccio Peak, and more.

You’ll then proceed to the newly built Rifugio Passo Santner (2,723m) via the Laurin Scharte (2,629m). Continuing on the via ferrata, partly secured and partly involving free climbing passages at a difficulty level II, you’ll reach the Kölner Hut (2,326m). Finally, you’ll descend with the cable car to Frommer Alm, where the shuttle bus will be waiting to take you back to Seiser Alm.
